What Zenzen does—and what it cannot do.
Is this a “safest place” ranking?
No. It is a comparison tool that exposes evidence, uncertainty and trade-offs.
Does cold weather lower every location?
No. Climate preference is personal and neutral by default. Cold, four-season and warm profiles can rank the same raw evidence differently.
Can Zenzen confirm ownership or water rights?
No. Regional evidence can identify frameworks and risks, but parcel title, buildability and water permissions require current local verification.
What happens when evidence is missing?
It appears as unknown and lowers visible coverage. It does not become zero or a silent pass.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe. Period-end cancellation retains access through the paid-through date.
Can I export or delete my data?
Members can export their account settings and user-created parcel data, revoke sessions and request account deletion subject to the published retention policy.
